Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Please note that delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays may occasionally occur.

Return & Refund Policy

At North Rock, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return or exchange.

Once your return request is approved and the product is received by our team, refunds or exchanges will be processed within a 3 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable.
